The correct date of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company is Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) at the registered office of the Company situated at Office No. 5, Fifth Floor, Bldg No. 6, Old S. No. 9, 12, 14 (PT), New S. No. 62, 66, 69, Opp. Pleasant Park, Mira Bhayander Road, Behind Jhankar-6, Mira Road (E), Mira Road, Thane, Vasai, Maharashtra, India -401107. The aforesaid error was purely inadvertent and clerical in nature. The Company is therefore submitting this intimation to bring the correct date of the AGM to the notice of the Stock Exchange and to place the same on record.
