As the name suggests, the Digital EMI Card is a digital only, non-physical EMI card pre-loaded on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet application. It refers to Existing Member Identification Card and can be used for transacting across BFL Merchant network.

Using the OTP from a feature phone, customer can install app on another smart phone and can avail benefits such as offer search, store search, transaction details, contact customer service, etc.
Post the delivery of your product, the Digital EMI card will start reflecting in your app. After 20 t0 60 days of your loan approval, your card will get activated. As soon as the card is activated, you will get an email and an SMS. All you need to do is open the App and click on the Bajaj icon (B) on the top right corner of the Wallet’s home screen/landing page.
To block your card on IVR you can call our call centre at 020 – 39575152 (call charges applicable). Th card can also be blocked by logging on to your Experia portal.
To receive your EMI Card PIN on your mobile, SMS PIN to 9227564444 from your registered mobile number. You can also change your EMI card PIN, by logging on Experia portal.

The Bajaj Finserv Wallet can be used across the entire MobiKwik Merchant Network. It can also be used at any of the Partner outlets for categories like mobile phones, computing devices, retail fashion (clothes, accessories, travel, groceries, small appliances and more), electronics and appliances, power backup, holiday packages, eye-ware, education (coaching classes), watches, etc.
