BOBCARD Grievance Redressal

In case you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, BOBCARD has a comprehensive grievance redressal mechanism that can help. You can use two levels of grievance redressal to resolve your complaints. Here is a closer look at the process:

1. Level 1

You can email your credit card grievances to BOBCARD at crm@bobcard.co.in. Make sure you mention the following in the mail:

  • Your name

  • Your BOBCARD number

  • Email ID

  • Registered mobile number

 

Once the complaint is lodged, you will get a unique complaint number. Quote this reference number when interacting with the BOB credit card customer care in the future. You can expect a response to your query within five working days.

2. Level 2

If the Level 1 grievance redressal mechanism fails to address your issue within 5 working days, you can escalate the same to Level 2. All you need to do is send an email to escalations@bobcard.co.in or call 022- 41683700.
