Reserve Bank of India (RBI) established the Ombudsman Scheme to resolve complaints and disputes between customers and banks or financial institutions. Once the bank decides to reject or provide partial relief, the complaints will be referred to the Bank’s Internal Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman will further examine the issue in line with the instructions from the Reserve Bank of India.
