YES Bank Credit Cards - Application Status

You can apply for a credit card from this issuer both online and offline. Once you submit your application, you can also check your YES Bank credit card application status through these modes.

Through the Official Website

1. Visit the official website: www.yesbank.in

2. Click on the ‘Personal’ tab on the home page

3. Hover over the ‘Cards’ menu, then the ‘Credit Cards’ option, and click on ‘Application Status’

4. You will be redirected to a new page called ‘Credit Card Application Status’

5. Enter your registered mobile number and either your ‘Application form number’ or ‘Application reference number’

6. Check the ‘I’m not a robot’ box

7. Lastly, click ‘Submit’ to check your YES Bank credit card application status

    

Via Email

If you prefer to reach out via email, you can write to the bank using their official email ID - yestouchcc@yesbank.in. Ensure that you send your email from your registered email ID. 

Remember to include the following details:

• Registered mobile number

• Application form number

• Application reference number

YES Bank’s credit card application status updates notify you about where you are in the journey to getting your card. Here is what the various updates mean:

In-progress/process

This means that your application is still under review. At this stage, the bank officials verify the information you filled in the application form against the supporting documents.

Rejected

This indicates that your application did not fit the criteria and, therefore, is rejected by the reviewer. You can apply for the credit card after 3-6 months once you meet the eligibility terms. 

Approved

It reflects that the reviewer has accepted your application, and the card will be reaching you soon.

On-hold

It means that the reviewers have paused the application procedure due to incomplete documents or information. YES Bank’s executives will contact you via your registered mobile number and inform you about the issue. The review procedure will be resumed as soon as the issue is solved.

Dispatched

It means the bank has already dispatched your credit card and will forward you the shipment information. You can check the shipment status using the tracking ID.
