1. How to Unblock YES Bank Credit Card Online

• Via YES Bank Credit Card Netbanking

You can unblock YES Bank credit cards by logging into the YES Bank credit card netbanking portal. With YES Online, you can avail several netbanking services, including blocking and unblocking your credit card. 

 

• Send an Email

You can reach out to a YES Bank customer care executive via email at yestouchcc@yesbank.in to raise a request to reactivate your blocked credit card. Make sure you clearly mention your personal details as well as the details on your credit card such as name, date of birth, registered mobile number/email address, credit card number etc. Details about your CVV number or credit card PIN need not be provided. 

 

• YES Mobile App

You can also unblock your YES credit card via the YES Mobile App. Below detailed are the steps:

 

• Step 1: Log into your YES Mobile App account.

• Step 2: Select the ‘Credit Card’ option on the dashboard’.

• Step 3: A list of options would be displayed on the screen. Click on the option “Block/Unblock Credit Card”.

• Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page displaying a drop-down list that contains a list of all your cards associated with the account. 

• Step 5: Select the blocked credit card and click on ‘Unblock’.

2. How to Unlock YES Bank Credit Card Offline

• Call on the YES credit card customer care number

You can reach a YES Bank executive by calling on the following YES Bank credit card customer care numbers:

• Visit your nearest YES Bank Branch

You can also visit your YES Bank home branch and request a bank executive to unblock your YES card. The executive may ask you to provide certain details such as your credit card number, registered mobile number, ID proof etc. Once the details are submitted, the process for YES Bank credit card unblock can be initiated.
