As per SEBI's new regulatory framework for Execution Only Platforms (EOP), outlined in circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/86 dated June 13, 2023, Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) providing only execution services to non-advisory clients must register as an EOP to facilitate transactions in Direct Plans of Mutual Fund schemes.

 

In view of above, Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited has decided to discontinue its direct mutual funds platform for customers effective June 09, 2024 as it is not registered as an EOP .We are working on bringing a new Mutual Fund proposition for our clients shortly.
