Offline applications can be submitted at the Taluka Mamlatdar Office or Social Welfare Office by providing the required form and documents.

Under the scheme, recipients can receive tool kits to start or continue their business. Other benefits of the Garima Yojana are:
₹4,000 in financial assistance to start a business or become self-employed
Free tool kits (including hammers, wire strippers, sewing machines, hair dryers, and more) worth up to ₹5,000,
Coverage for 28 types of small businesses and professions
Access to knowledge and upskilling through Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) and District Agriculture Offices (DAOs)
Updates on occupations, weather, and market prices via the i-khedut portal
The Yojana was created to reduce unemployment. To ensure you receive assistance, you must:
Belong to the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe category
Be a native of Gujarat
Be aged between 18 and 60 years
Have an annual income of up to ₹1.2 Lakhs if residing rural areas and ₹1.5 Lakhs if living in urban areas
Ensure that you have the following documents in digital format when applying for the scheme online:

1. Visit the e-Samaj Kalyan Portal
2. On the homepage, locate the ‘Citizen Login’ tab
3. Click on ‘New User? Please Register Here’
4. Enter your full name, gender, birthdate and other related credentials
5. Click on ‘Register’
6. After registration, log in using your User ID and password
7. Click on the ‘User Profile’ tab and update your profile
8. Select the scheme displayed on the homepage
9. The application form will open
10. Fill in the mandatory details and attach all required documents
11. Agree to the terms and conditions and click on ‘Save Application’
12. Print the application for future reference
