Treatment under the various packages of the scheme is only available at Government healthcare facilities. Treatment for minor ailments and diseases under National Health Programs is reserved for Government facilities.

To claim the scheme's benefits, you must upload the minimum required documents, as listed in the package master.
You need to submit these to the BSKY app within 7 days of discharge. If you share this documentation within the required duration, the BSKY application will accept your claim request. If you take more than 7 days to upload these documents after discharge, your claim may be rejected.
Once you raise e-swasthya claims in the BSKY application, you will receive payment electronically through the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) within 4 weeks. If you did not provide all the necessary documents at the time of raising the claim, the hospital will be asked to upload the missing papers.
