The primary aim of EHS is to cover the treatment expenses of the scheme’s beneficiaries. Therefore, there is no claim process as such that the employee/pensioner or their family members need to follow.
The claim is raised by the network hospital 10 days after the patient is discharged and settled by the Trust Portal. In other words, retirees, pensioners, or their family members need not be involved in the claim process.
