Mutation of a property means the transfer of the title of the property from its previous owner to the new owner. The Land Reforms and Refugee and Rehabilitation Department of the West Bengal government allow the mutation of properties through the Banglarbhumi portal.

1. Visit the official Banglarbhumi website. 

2. Select ‘Mutation Application from the ‘Online Application’ menu. 

3. Enter the applicant details and transfer details on the next page that opens.
