  • Step 5: If you are new to the website, you may have to create a new account by providing information like name, address, email id, and mobile number. If you are an existing user, log in to your account by providing the username and password.

  • Step 6: Once you log in, the application form for the EC will open.

  • Step 7: Complete the application form by entering the proper information.

  • Step 8: Click on the ‘Search Proceed’ button.

  • Step 9: Enter the necessary details such as Period, Survey Number, Ward, Block, and Revenue Village. Then the transaction details will be displayed.

  • Step 10: After application submission, you will receive an acknowledgement slip and a serial number. During your EC summary, this slip and number should be submitted to the concerned sub-registrar.

  • Step 11: Pay the EC fees online after submission of the application.

  • Step 12: Once the Registrar verifies the application, the certificate will be issued immediately.
