4. Select the search criteria option from the dropdown menu

 

 

5. Choose your preferred options - By Document Number or By Property

 

6. Enter the information as per the option you selected and enter the year of registration and details about registered at SRO

 

7. Submit the details to get the information

To find the market value of a property in Telangana, you can use the IGRS Telangana portal. Here is how:

 

1. Under the 'Online Services' section of the portal, select 'Market Value Search'

 

 

2. Choose the method of searching - either Land Value or Apartment Value

 

3. Select the district, mandal, and village from the dropdown menus

 

 

4. Click on 'Submit' to view the market rates displayed on the portal

Follow the steps mentioned below to find the location of your concerned SRO:

 

1. Visit the IGRS portal and go to the ‘Browse’ section

 

2. Click on ‘Property Registration’ 

 

 

3. Choose the ‘Know Your SRO/Village’ option

 

 

4. Select from ‘Village Directory’ or ‘Know Your Jurisdiction SRO’ 

 

 

5. The ‘Know Your Jurisdiction SRO’ option will redirect you to a page where you must select your district, mandal, and village from the dropdown menu

 

 

6. Click on ‘Submit’ to check your SRO

To obtain a certified copy of your registered documents through the IGRS Telangana portal, follow these steps:

 

1. Navigate to the ‘Online Services’ section on the portal

 

2. Click on ‘Certified Copy’

 

 

3. You will be redirected to a new page with two options:

• Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment)

• Certified Copy of Document (New Registrations Only)

 

 

4. If you select ‘Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment)’, you will be taken to the MeeSeva Online Portal. Here, choose the SRO, District, Year, and Document Number to retrieve the details of the certified copy.

 

 

5. If you opt for Certified Copy of Document (New Registrations Only), you will be directed to another page

 

6. Choose the user type, and enter your mobile number/email ID, password, and captcha to access the certified copy details

 

 

To get the Encumbrance Certificate in Telangana, you need to pay ₹200 for searching and getting a certified copy. For searching and issuing EC, you will have to pay a fee depending on the below parameters:

Through this portal, you can also book a time to visit a sub-registrar's office (SRO) to register a document. To book an online slot, follow these steps:

2. Under ‘Online Service’, click on ‘Slot booking for Citizens’

 

 

3. In the new window that opens, log in using your username and password if you already have an account, or register and create an account if you are a new user

 

 

4. After logging in, select a suitable time slot for your registration
