Nagaland land records and Nagaland survey khata no, together known as Bhulekh, is maintained by the department specifically ordained for it. The Directorate of Land Records and Survey, Government of Nagaland, is responsible for the maintenance of Nagaland land records. • You can get the application form from the Department of Land Records and Survey, Nagaland. If you need records related to different parts of the land, you have to submit different forms. 

• Carefully read the instructions before filling the application form.

• Fill in the application form as required. 

• Attach photocopies of necessary documents after completely filling the form.

• Take the filled form to the counter officer and deposit it.
