• AAY or Antyodaya Anna Yojana - It is also called the ‘Pink ration card’. You can get 35 kilograms of wheat at Rs. 2 per kilogram, 2 kilograms of sugar at Rs.13.50 per kilogram, 7 litres of kerosene at Rs.13.63 per litre, and 2.5 kilograms of pulses at Rs.20 per kilogram.

You can apply for a Haryana ration card online by following these steps:

• Step 1: Go to the Haryana Department of Food and Civil Supplies' website.

• Step 2: Choose "Anthayodhaya Saral" from the drop-down menu.

• Step 3: If this is your first time applying, you will need to register by providing your name, phone number, and email address.

• Step 4: You can log in using your e-mail address and password if you have registered already.

12,46,507 new BPL ration cards have been issued since March 1, 2022. Currently, there are 3,02,000 AAY families and 27,36,942 BPL (main family) families.

• 2 Departments Have Made Criteria

The Rural Development Department and the Urban Local Bodies Department have developed the criteria for issuing and cancelling BPL cards. The BPL ration card or primary family is deemed to be available to those who meet the requirement of verifiable yearly income of a maximum of Rs. 1,80,000. The BPL beneficiaries are included and excluded by the Citizen Resource Information Department based on the annual income reported in the Parivar Pehchan Patra.
