1. Visit the website https://csmsmpscsc.mp.gov.in/rationmitra/

2. Download the application form from the ‘Application form and self-declaration form’ section

3. A form in a PDF format will get downloaded

4. Take a printout of this form and fill in your details

5. After completing the application form, submit it to your nearest ration office along with the required documents

6. If the information and documents you submit are valid, your ration card will be granted to you within 30 days

3. You will be redirected to the official page of electronic Ration Card Management System (e-RCMS)

4. Select your district and enter the captcha code

5. Select the local body

6. A list of FPS codes will be listed 

7. Select the FPS code and you will be able to view the entire list of card holders

An eligibility slip, or the “Patrata Parchi”, is used to provide a digital proof of a household's eligibility under the Public Distribution System (PDS).

4. Enter details such as Family ID, Member ID, mobile number, Aadhaar No, and the given captcha code

 

5. Click on the ‘Get information related to family eligibility slip’
