Understand the objectives and the process to register projects on the RERA Rajasthan portal
Rajasthan RERA (Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority) helps homebuyers enjoy transparency about prices and project completion timelines, among other information. This helps bring accountability to the process, right from booking to possession. Currently, more than 3,000 projects have been registered under RERA in Rajasthan.

Follow these steps to register a real estate project on the Rajasthan RERA website:
Visit the official website https://rera.rajasthan.gov.in/
Select the ‘Registration’ category from the dashboard on top and click on the ‘Projects’ section
Click on the ‘Registration’ option and choose the type of registration
Enter the ‘Jan Aadhaar Number’ or ‘Sanstha Aadhaar Number’ and hit the ‘Next’ button
Enter the promoter details, project details, and bank account details of the project
Attach relevant documents and pay the applicable fee before submitting your registration request
If promoters fail to register a real estate project, they are liable to pay up to 10% of the cost of the project as a penalty.
When registering a project at the Rajasthan RERA portal, you need to furnish relevant paperwork. Here is a list of documents to be submitted if you are a promoter:
Authenticated copy of the promoter’s PAN Card
Audited balance sheet of the promoter for the last financial year
Copy of a legal title deed that reflects ownership of the promoter
If the promoter is not the owner of the land, a copy of a consent/collaboration/joint development agreement between the owner and the promoter
Details of the encumbrance certificate
If you are a real estate agent, you must submit the following paperwork:
Brief details of your company
Company registration particulars
Latest photograph
Authenticated PAN card copy
Authenticated address proof of your business organisation
Other additional documents, as specified by the regulatory authority
Note that you will have to submit hard copies of the concerned documents to Rajasthan RERA within 3 days.

The Government of Rajasthan constituted the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in 2019.
The most important objective of RERA is to protect the interest of homebuyers in the state. The regulatory body also ensures that the process is transparent and that real estate projects are executed on time.
To register your project on the RERA portal, select the ‘Registration’ option. Click on the ‘Projects’ section, and choose the promoter type. After entering your/your company’s Aadhaar number, hit the ‘Next’ button.
Enter the relevant details, upload the required documents, and pay the applicable fee to complete the registration process.
There are more than 3,000 registered real estate projects under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Rajasthan.
Visit the official website of Rajasthan RERA and click on the ‘Search’ option on the dashboard. Select ‘Projects’ and enter project details, such as its status, name, district, promoter’s name, and registration number. Hit the ‘Search’ button to get details about the particular project.
