To register a real estate project, you must follow the below-listed steps.
Visit the TS RERA official homepage at https://rerait.telangana.gov.in/
Navigate to the ‘Services’ tab and choose the ‘Real Estate Registration’ option from the menu
Now, you will be redirected to a new page
Log in to the page by providing your credentials and the captcha code
Once logged in, click on ‘Project Details’
Click on ‘Add Project Details’ and provide the required information
Lastly, pay the registration charges to complete the registration process

Here is the list of documents required for project registration.
Name, photograph, contact, and address details of the promoter (for individuals)
Name, address, and phone number of the chairman, partners, and directors (For business persons)
Verified copy of the promoter's PAN card
A copy of the title deed
Balance sheet displaying the last 3 years’ profit and loss statements
The promoters' annual report, director's report, and auditors' report from the previous 3 fiscal years
Information about the open and closed parking spaces that are available inside the construction project
If the promoter is not the owner of the plot, specifications of the loan owner's authorisation and related documents
Registration application form for the regulatory authority
Registration fee in the form of a demand draft or cheque or paid online
