Driving License Test Procedure in Haryana

In Haryana, the driving test is conducted in the presence of a Motor Vehicle Inspector at the applicant’s local RTO. The driving test is conducted with the applicant’s own vehicle, and the vehicle class must be the same as the one put down on the application form.

 

  • Test for Two or Three-Wheeler

This test typically requires the applicant to drive the vehicle on a track in figure 8 in the indicated area without their feet touching the ground, and without brushing against the side rails. If this test is cleared, the road test is approached. At this stage, the applicant is required to ride a certain distance on the road following all traffic rules and regulations.

  • Test for Four Wheeler

This test is similar to the previous one, the applicants are asked to drive in an H, while avoiding obstacles in their course. Upon clearing this, the applicant can then proceed to the road test which follows the same rules and regulations. If the applicant fails the test, they can retake it a week later after paying a nominal fee.

Steps to Follow to Check the Application Status of Driving License Online

Application Process for an International Driving Licence in Haryana?

In order to get an international driving license in Haryana, you can head to your nearest RTO to apply for the permit. Here are the documents you have to submit to the RTO when applying for an international driving licence

  • Attested copy of the permanent driving license, visa and passport

  • Attested copy of a residence proof

Application Process for a Duplicate Driving Licence in Haryana?

In case your licence gets damaged, you lose your driver licence or it is stolen, you can approach the RTO or apply online for a duplicate copy of your driving licence. The documents required are as follows:

 

  • Application form LLD

  • If your DL was stolen, you will need a copy of the FIR

  • Form 1
