Step 1: Visit a zonal RTO office that has jurisdiction over your location.

 

Step 2: Collect form 20 and form 38 from the RTO office and fill them up accurately.

Step 5: Pay the online fee for a duplicate fitness certificate and download the receipt. 

 

Step 6: Go to the RTO on the appointment date for verification. After verification, your duplicate fitness certificate will be provided.
