Log on to the Stamp and Registration Department UP portal - https://igrsup.gov.in/igrsup/defaultAction.action. The page will initially open in Hindi
Select the ‘आवेदन करें’ option, and now, you can switch to English
Select the ‘New Application’ option and create an application number
Register yourself using your credentials and become a registered user
Log in and enter the details of the property, the buyer, the seller and the witnesses

Save the generated receipt number for future use
