15.   The terms and conditions mentioned herein shall be in addition and not be in derogation with the terms and conditions contained of EMI Card and all other terms and conditions of the EMI card shall continue to apply. 16.   The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such force majeure event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of BFDL.

Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune only. Existence of dispute does not constitute a claim against BFL or BFDL.
