You must inform the insurance company in writing/e-mail requesting cancellation of the policy. The e-mail should contain the policy/schedule number along with the following details.
Based on the approval of the underwriters, the policy will be cancelled within one working day after receiving an email and the required documents from the insured.
3.Cancellation of Policy after the Start Date – If the Insured has traveled
In case of any early return of the insured person prior to expiry of the policy period, the company will refund premium at the rates shown in below table (subject to no claims being incurred on the policy). To know the percentage of premium to be retained by the insurer, refer to the table below.
