You can contact the Aadhaar Card customer care team through both online and offline processes for grievance redressal. Check out the respective processes below:
Visit the official UIDAI website- uidai.gov.in
Select the ‘Grievance’ option under the ‘Contact & Support tab’
Enter your personal details like your name, mobile number, email address, and state
Fill in the grievance details and upload any necessary documents
Enter Captcha and click on ‘Next’
Continue to enter any other details requested and submit your application

Once you submit your grievance, UIDAI initiates a chain of steps to resolve your issue. The stages of the grievance redressal process include:
Clearance is taken from the Deputy Director (UIDAI Public Grievance Officer)
After receiving approval from the Deputy Director, the matter is investigated and forwarded to the appropriate regional office
Following that, the assigned regional office looks into the issue and pursues a resolution

Visit pgportal.gov.in to submit your grievances so that they can be answered at the earliest
Under the ‘Grievance’ tab, click on ‘Lodge Public Grievance’
Proceed as a registered user or sign up
