The documents needed to issue Aadhaar cards to children are the same as those necessary for any other application. Furthermore, if your child is under the age of five, you are not required to provide his or her biometric data. It can be added after the kid reaches the age of five.

An NRI (whether minor or adult) in possession of a valid Indian passport may apply for an Aadhaar card at any Aadhaar Seva Kendra. Following is the list of documents required for the same.
Proof of identity (Voter Id card, Driving licence, Passport, etc)
Proof of residence (Utility bills, Passport, Driving licence, etc)
Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate, Educational certificates, etc)
If you are unable to provide any documents, you may apply through the Head of Family (HOF) or introducer.

The documents required for updating the address on an Aadhaar card are the same as those required for proof of residency while enrolling such as voter Id card, driving licence, passport, bank passbook, utility bills, rent agreement, etc. You can use any of the documents to change your Aadhaar card's residence address.
