PM Kisan Samman Nidhi status check is helpful for farmers who have missed any of their payable instalments. First, you must confirm your bank account statements to use this facility. Then you should analyse whether there is any discrepancy in the amount receivable via Direct Benefit Transfer.

The Indian Government has updated the names of the beneficiaries in PM Kisan 16th Instalment Status 2024 on the official website: pmkisan.gov.in. Contact the helping officials if you do not find your name on this list. For contact details, refer to the website mentioned above.

Steps to check PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Status by Aadhaar Number & Mobile Number:

Step 1: Visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.
Step 2: As you come to check the PM Kisan status, click on the option Farmers Corner.
Step 3: Next, select ‘Beneficiary Status’.
Step 4: A fresh page loads on your device screen. To proceed with your Kisan Beneficiary Status verification, provide the requested information like mobile number, Aadhaar number, etc.
Step 5: By clicking on 'Continue', you reach a page showing the most recent result of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiary status. If you do not see your name, contact the officials through the helpline.

How to Check PM Kisan KYC Status?

Farmers can complete the KYC process efficiently by following a few basic steps. Here we have listed them down for your convenience.

Step 1: Log on to the website pmkisan.gov.in.
Step 2: As we mentioned, you must navigate to the Farmers Corner for all government services related to farmers.
Step 3: Look for the option e-KYC. Click it, and a new page opens.

Step 4: The same page appears on your device screen while checking PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana status. Enter your Aadhaar number in the provided field.
Step 5: Click on 'Search'. As you are a new applicant, there will not be any pre-existing records. Next, fill out the application form.
Step 6: Wait for a KYC approval notification, which will be sent as a text message to the Aadhaar card-linked phone number.

The Government asked farmers to complete their eKYC for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi by 31st August 2022. How will the beneficiaries under the PM Kisan scheme be identified and shortlisted for payment of the benefits under the scheme?

The deserving recipients of the benefits will be determined using the current land-ownership system and records of land in various States and Union Territories. The State/UT Government determines whether landholder farmer families qualify for benefits under the scheme.

Will the benefit under the PM-Kisan scheme be directly credited to the account of the beneficiaries?

Yes, thrice a year, an amount of ₹2000 is directly credited to an eligible farmer's registered bank account at a gap of 4 months. However, landholding families are not eligible for this scheme even if they are engaged in farming.
