There are a number of ways to pay your SBI credit card bills both online and offline. Here’s how you can go about doing the same:
Step 1: Visit the Online SBI portal and log into it using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Bill Payments’ tab and select ‘Manage Biller’.
Step 3: Add ‘SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd.’ as a new biller.
Step 4: Authenticate the transaction using the OTP received on your phone.
Step 5: Once you have added the biller, select the ‘View/Pay Bills’ option and click on ‘Without Bills’.
Step 6: Select ‘SBI Card’ and select ‘Pay’.
Step 7: Select the account number of your SBI bank account.
- Step 8: Specify the amount that you would like to pay, click on the ‘Pay Now’ option, and then the submit button.
2. PayNet - Pay Online
Step 1: Log in to the SBI website and click on ‘Pay Now.’
Step 2: Choose the amount that you wish to pay.
Step 3: Select ‘Net Banking’ and choose the bank.
- Step 4: You will be redirected to the net banking portal of your bank. Once redirected, you can authenticate the transaction and your account will be debited. You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on your registered mobile number and e-mail ID.
3. SBI Card Mobile App
Step 1: Download the SBI Card mobile application on your smartphone.
Step 2: Log in to your account using your credentials.
Step 3: On the ‘Account Summary’ page, click on the ‘Pay Now’ option.
Step 4: Choose the amount that you wish to pay.
Step 5: Select the option and bank name that you are comfortable with and proceed to make the payment. You will be redirected to the payment interface of your bank to authenticate the payment. Next, your account will be debited. You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on your registered mobile number and e-mail ID.
- Step 6: Once the transaction is complete, the payment will reflect on your SBI credit card account instantly.
4. SBI Auto Debit
If you have an SBI bank account, you can opt for an auto debit service to automate your SBI card payments. Follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Download the Auto Debit Form from the ‘Forms Central’ section of the SBI Card website.
Step 2: Print the form and proceed to fill out all the requested details.
Step 3: Select any one of the two options in the form - total amount due or minimum amount due and make sure all these form details are verified by the bank.
Step 4: Send the duly filled form to the following address:

That’s it! Your SBI credit card bill online payment will automatically be done by debiting from your SBI bank account on the payment due date.
5. YONO Via SBI App
Step 1: Download the SBI YONO app on your smartphone and register yourself.
Step 2: Log in to the app using your credentials.
Step 3: Navigate to ‘My Credit Cards’ under ‘My Relationships’ and select a card that you want to pay for.
Step 4: Go to the card summary page by clicking on credit card details.
Step 5: Click on ‘Pay Now’.
Step 6: Once redirected to the payment page, select the SBI account from which you wish to pay.
- Step 7: Enter the amount to pay and click on ‘Pay Now’ and complete the SBI credit card online payment.
6. YONO Via SBI Portal
Step 1: Log in to YONO via SBI Portal and enter the login credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘My Credit Cards’ under ‘My Relationships’.
Step 3: Select a card that you want to pay for.
Step 4: Go to the payment page by clicking on ‘Pay’ and select the SBI account to initiate the payment.
- Step 5: Enter the amount and click on ‘Pay Now’ and complete the SBI credit card online payment.
7. UPI
Step 1: Navigate to the Paynet channel on SBI mobile application or SBI Card website.
Step 2: Provide card details, other requested details, and select UPI to make payment.
Step 3: You will be redirected on the UPI page. Select either ‘Enter your VPA (Virtual Payment Address)’ or ‘Scan QR code’.
Step 4: Use any UPI app and provide the Virtual Payment Address (VPA) or scan the QR code.
Step 5: Authenticate the payment on the UPI app.
Step 6: At this stage, you will see a confirmation along with payment status.
- Step 7: Post successful payment, your card account will be updated, and you will receive a payment confirmation SMS within a second.
8. NEFT
Step 1: Log in to the net banking portal of your bank.
Step 2: Add your SBI credit card as a beneficiary under third-party transfer before initiating the payment.
Step 3: Enter the IFSC code as ‘SBIN00CARDS’.
Step 4: Under the account number field, enter your 16-digit SBI credit card number.
Step 5: Choose the beneficiary Account type as ‘Credit Card Payment’ or ‘Savings Account’.
Step 6: Once you have successfully added the bank name as SBI CREDIT CARD – NEFT and bank address as PAYMENT SYSTEMS GROUP, STATE BANK GITC, CBD BELAPUR, NAVI MUMBAI, click on ‘Submit’.
You will be able to view SBI credit card NEFT payment status within 3 banking hours in your SBI credit card account provided the payment is made before 3.30 p.m.
9. Mastercard Money Send
Step 1: Download any third-party payment app or select a platform that supports Mastercard MoneySend.
Step 2: Link your SBI credit card.
Step 3: On the third-party app, select the MasterCard MoneySend option.
Step 4: Enter the amount of payment and complete the transaction.
- Step 5: Once the transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation SMS from SBI Card.
10. Visa Credit Card Pay
Step 1: Log in to the net banking portal of your bank.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Third Party Funds Transfer’ section and select ‘Visa Credit Card Pay’.
Step 3: Enter details of the sender and recipient and initiate a fund transfer by clicking on ‘Confirm’.
- Step 4: Your bank account will be debited and your SBI bank credit card payment will get reflected on your account within 3 working days.
11. Through a Debit Card
Step 1: Visit the SBI Card BillDesk portal: https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgijsp/sbicard/SBI_card.jsp.
Step 2: Enter details such as your email ID, SBI credit card number, your mobile number, and the amount that you wish to pay.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Debit Card’ option and select your bank from the drop-down list and click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the bank payment interface of your chosen bank account.
Step 5: Enter your debit card details and complete the SBI credit card payment through Debit Card.
That’s it! You will receive an email and SMS acknowledgement confirming the success of the SBI card online payment.
12. Electronic Bill Payment
Step 1: Log in to the net banking page of your bank.
Step 2: Navigate to the add biller section and add ‘SBI Card’.
Step 3: Enter credit card number and click on ‘Submit’.
B. Offline Methods
1. Over the Counter (OTC) Payment
Step 1: Visit any State Bank of India branch.
Step 2: Request for a pay-in slip and fill it out with all the relevant details.
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed pay-in slip along with the amount that you wish to pay to the bank teller.
- Step 4: Collect the stamped acknowledgement receipt of payment from the bank teller.
2. SBI ATM
Step 1: Visit any SBI ATM.
Step 2: Insert your debit card in the card slot.
Step 3: Select your preferred language.
Step 4: Navigate to the ‘Services’ tab and select the ‘Bill Pay’ option.
Step 5: Enter your SBI credit card number and the amount that you wish to pay towards it.
Step 6: Authenticate the transaction by entering your ATM PIN.
- Step 7: You will receive an acknowledgement receipt upon making the payment.
3. Cheque Dropboxes
Step 1: On a cheque, write the ‘SBI Card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX’ (16-digits of your credit card number) under the payee field, the amount of payment that you wish to make, the date, and affix your signature.
Step 2: On the backside of the cheque, write down your name and your phone number.
Step 3: Drop the cheque in any of the SBI drop boxes located in SBI ATMs or branches.
