As an SBI Card holder, you can access the SBI Card Mobile App to manage your credit card’s payments and access various other services. All you need to do is install the app on your mobile phone by downloading it from the Google Play Store or the App Store. 

The mobile app offers the convenience of initiating quick online transactions, viewing statements, and tracking spends. From changing your card’s PIN to reporting a stolen card, you can manage numerous services with it.

• Facilitates Contactless Transactions

You can carry out various transactions anytime and anywhere using the app. These include paying credit card bills, clearing the internet bill, paying for dinner at a restaurant, and much more. In addition, you can pay by scanning QR codes on the mobile app.

To offer best-in-class security, the mobile app allows you to set your own login credentials, including the username and password. You can also reset your credit card PIN through the app to ensure the safety of your personal information and finances.

• Easy Management of Card and Other Services

• Provides Location-based Deals and Offers

Follow these steps to register on the SBI Card Mobile App:

• Without the User ID and Password

1. Install the SBI Card mobile app on your smartphone and select the 'First-time user/Sign-Up' option

2. Enter your credit card number, CVV, and date of birth before you click on 'Generate OTP'

3. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number as well as the email address

4. Enter the OTP, specify the device name for linking purposes, and click on 'Proceed'

5. Choose an ID and password, and confirm them before clicking on the 'Confirm' tab

6. Set your MPIN and opt to enable Touch ID for convenient access, as per preferences 

• With the User ID and Password

1. Download the SBI Card mobile app and select the 'Login' option

2. Input your user ID and proceed by clicking the arrow

3. Enter your password and continue by clicking the arrow to log in

4. You will get an OTP on both your registered mobile number and email address

5. Type in the OTP and specify the device name for linking purposes, then click on 'Proceed' again

6. Set your MPIN and choose to enable Touch ID to access the mobile app seamlessly whenever required

It is very important for users to note that they must change their MPIN once they have logged in using their username and MPIN. Follow these quick steps below to do so:

1. Log into your SBI app using credentials like your password

2. Head to App Settings from the menu on the screen

3. Here you have to enter the old MPIN and the new MPIN

4. You will receive a confirmation SMS stating that your MPIN has been changed
