Kotak Credit Card payments can be done online using any of the below-mentioned channels:

1) Online Payment via Net Banking

Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card payment using the bank’s net banking portal can be done by following these steps:

1. Access the Kotak Credit Card login portal using your credentials

2. On the home page, select the ‘Credit Card’ option

3. Click on ‘Payments’

4. Against the bill amount, click on ‘Make Payment’

5. Enter the OTP sent to you on the registered mobile number and click on ‘Submit’

 

You will get a notification once the payment is processed.

 

Kotak credit card payment can also be done from the net banking portal of any other bank. However, for this, you would need to register your Kotak credit card as a beneficiary first.

2) Online Payment via WebPAY Billdesk

You can pay your Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card bill through WebPAY bill desk by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Go to the WebPAY bill desk page of Kotak Mahindra Bank

2. Enter your Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card number, email ID, and contact number

3. Fill in the amount you would like to pay, i.e. the  minimum amount due for credit card or total amount due

4. From the drop-down, select the payment mode

5. Click on ‘WebPAY Now’

6. Once redirected, log in to your account

7. Enter the OTP to confirm your Kotak credit card payment
   
   

Once your Kotak credit card bill desk payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message along with a Transaction Reference Number.

3) Payment through NEFT/IMPS

To make payment through NEFT or IMPS  you would need to register your Kotak credit card with the NEFT or IMPS details. For this, log in to your net banking account (non-Kotak Mahindra Bank), go to funds transfer, select NEFT or IMPS, and click on add beneficiary. Enter the details in the format mentioned below:

• Payee Name: Name as on the Kotak credit card

• Location City: Mumbai

• Destination Bank: Kotak Bank

• Bank Address: Main Branch Mumbai

• IFSC Code: KKBK0000958

• Payee Account Number: Enter your 16-digit Kotak Bank credit card number

 

Once the payee has been added, the steps you would need to follow to make your Kotak Credit Card payment via NEFT are mentioned below:

 

• Log in to your net banking account (other than Kotak Bank)

• Under the ‘Funds Transfer’ tab, click on ‘NEFT’

• Select your Kotak credit card from the beneficiary list and proceed to make the payment

• Enter the payment amount, select the account to pay from, enter remarks and validate with OTP

 

Once your Kotak credit card IMPS payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message as ‘Payment Successful’.

4) Online Bill Payment via Auto Debit

You can set up automatic payments for your Kotak Credit Card from your Kotak Account using our Auto Debit facility. Here are the steps to enable Auto Debit:

 

1. Via Mobile Banking

• Access your Credit Card section

• Navigate to Credit Card Service Requests

• Choose Auto Debit

 

2. Via Net Banking

• Access your Credit Card section

• Select Value Added Services

• Opt for Auto Debit

 

Once the form has been accepted, you would not need to pay your bills manually.bThe chosen amount (Minimum Amount Due or Total Amount Due) will be automatically deducted from your account upon credit card statement  generation.

5) Bill Payment via Kotak Mobile Banking App

Here is how you can pay your Kotak credit card bill online using the bank’s mobile banking app:

1. Download the Kotak Mahindra mobile banking app from Google Play Store or App Store

2. Sign up and log in with your credentials

3. On the home page, click on ‘Credit Card’

4. Against your Kotak credit card, click on ‘CC Payments’

5. Enter the amount to pay, select the account, validate with OTP and complete the transaction

 

Once your Kotak Credit Card payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message as ‘Payment Successful’.

6) Online Payment through Debit Card

Kotak credit card payment can also be done by using your Visa debit card. Here is what you need to do:

1. Log in to your bank’s net banking portal using your credentials

2. Register your Kotak Credit Card for Visa card payment

 

Once registered, you can simply use your Visa debit card to pay your monthly credit card bill. Kotak Mahindra Bank will send you a notification when the debit card payment comes through.

7) Payment through RTGS using IFSC Code

If your Kotak Credit Card bill exceeds ₹2 Lakhs, you can pay it online via the RTGS or Real-Time Gross Settlement mode. You should have the credit card listed as a beneficiary in the savings/current account you want to use to complete the payment. 

 

To do so, you can log into your net banking account, and go to the ‘Add Beneficiary’ option under the RTGS Fund Transfers section. Next, fill in the required details like:

• Payee Name - Name mentioned on the Kotak credit card

• Location City - Mumbai

• Destination Bank - Kotak Bank

• Bank Address - Main Branch Mumbai

• IFSC Code - KKBK0000958

 

Payee Account Number: Your 16-digit Kotak Bank credit card number

 

Post the 24-hour verification window, you can start making payments to this active beneficiary. You can simply follow these steps to complete the payment:

1. Log into your net banking account using your credentials

2. Go to the ‘Funds Transfer’ section and click on RTGS

3. Select your Kotak Mahindra credit card from the list of beneficiaries and proceed to make the payment

4. Enter the amount and confirm the payment

To make your Kotak credit card payment offline, you can use any of the methods mentioned below:

• Cash

Pay at Kotak Mahindra Bank branch (₹100 + service charge applies). Find branch: Call 99710 56767 or text ‘K Branch <PIN code>’ to 5676788.

• Cheque

Make payable to ‘Kotak Mahindra Bank Card A/C’ + 16-digit card number. Include the name and mobile number on the back. Drop at Kotak branch or ATM. Find drop box: Text ‘K DROPBOX <PIN code>’ to 5676788.

• Phone Banking

Call Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card customer care (1860-266-2666), choose "Banking", and request a transfer from your Kotak savings/current credit card account (registered mobile number required).
