This way, you can ensure that you do not miss out on any communication sent by the bank regarding your SBI credit card.

You can change/update the address on your SBI card online via internet banking, SBI mobile app, or by sending an email.
1. SBI Bank Internet banking
Step 1: To begin the process of SBI credit card address change online, head to the sbicard.com portal.
Step 2: Click on the login button on the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 3: If you are a new user, you should click on ‘Register now’. It will take you to the registration page. Enter your card number, CVV number, and date of birth.
Step 4: Once you’ve entered the card details, you will have to authenticate the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 5: Once your OTP has been authenticated, you can create your password.
Step 6: Now, login by using your user ID and password.
Step 7: Once you have logged in, it will take you to your profile. On the address tab, you can type in your current residential address.
Step 8: Having done that, you will have to click on ‘Generate OTP’. After the OTP has been validated, your address will be saved.
2. SBI Card Mobile App
Step 1: Download the SBI card mobile app from the app store.
Step 2: Once you have downloaded the app, you can log in with your user ID and password after registering.
Step 3: Tap on the ‘Menu’ tab on the top left side. Go to ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Address’.
Step 4: Update and confirm your address.
Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to you on your registered number.
Step 6: Your address is now updated.
3. Send an Email
You can also send an email at addressproof@sbicard.com and raise a request for address change. Make sure you attach self-attested KYC documents in the mail to initiate the process.
You can opt to change the address on your SBI card offline by calling the customer care helpline or by visiting your SBI home branch.
1. SBI Card Customer Care
You can contact SBI Credit Card Customer Care on their helpline number 1860 180 1290, 1860 500 1290, 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD code), or 1800 180 1290 to update your address.
2. Visit Your SBI Home Branch
You can visit your SBI home branch and submit your request for SBI credit card address change. You would need to submit a proof of address and fill in an address change declaration form. Once submitted, your address will be changed.
Step 1: Log into www.sbicard.com.
Step 2: Download the form “Declaration of Current Residential Address by Individuals”.
Step 3: After filling in the necessary details, you can submit the form physically at your local branch or upload it online to update your address.
The following credit card documents need to be provided for SBI credit card address change online or offline, as applicable:
Passport
Voter’s identity card (both sides)
Driving licence
Aadhaar card/virtual ID
ID card issued by the state or central government if it has your address mentioned
Job card issued by NREGA and duly signed by a state government officer
Letter issued by the National Population Register with details of your name and address
Any utility bills, not more than two months old, issued by any service provider, such as electricity, telephone, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill
Property or municipal tax receipt
Pension or family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by government departments or PSUs if they have the address
Letter of allotment of accommodation from employers issued by the state or central government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, PSUs, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions, and listed companies
To continue to receive any important communication from the bank regarding your SBI credit card
You may have to apply for a new SBI credit card; however, you will not receive the card without updating your new/current address
