SBI Card offers both online and offline options for you to access your credit card statement. From SBI Card’s official website to their chatbot and the dedication app, there are several methods you can use to check your credit card statement.
There are four ways to check the statement for your credit card online:
Check the Statement Through the Official Website
You can check your statement through SBI Card's website. Here’s how:
Visit the www.sbicard.com and navigate to the ‘Login’ section
Use your credentials including registration id and password to sign in to your account
Click on the ‘My Account’ option on the left corner of the home screen
Select ‘Card Statement’ from the drop-down menu
You will be redirected to the SBI credit card statement page
Check the Statement Through the SBI Card App
You can also check your statement through the issuer’s official app. Download the same and get started:
Download the SBI Card App from the Google Play Store or the App Store
Register on the app using your credit card details
Login using your credentials
On the homepage, click on ‘My Account’
Navigate to ‘Card Statement’ and click on ‘View Statement’
Enter the statement period for which you want the credit card statement
Click on ‘Download’ once your statement appears on the screen
Check the Statement Through Chatbot ILA
Here is how you can check the monthly statement for your credit card through SBI Card’s dedicated chatbot:
Visit the official SBI Card website (www.sbicard.com)
Click on ‘Ask ILA’
Select ‘Statement’
Click on ‘Login Here’ and log in to your account
Navigate to ‘View Statement’ under ‘Card Statement’ from ‘My Account’

Write an Email/SMS for Statement Details
You can also send an email using your registered email ID.

Select ‘Email Us’
You will be redirected to https://www.sbicard.com/creditcards/app/user/login
Add your credentials along with the verification code
Click on ‘Proceed’
If your statement is not sent, check your spam folder before contacting the customer support team.
Alternatively, you can choose the SMS option and send a message with the mobile number registered with the issuer.
First, send <ESR> to 5676791
Then, send <ESTMT XXXX> to the same number
XXXX refers to the last 4 digits of your card number.
If you prefer offline methods to access your SBI credit card statement instead of the online ways, you can follow any of the methods mentioned below:
Check Statement Through SMS
Use the issuer’s Simply SMS service and send an SMS to 5676791 from your registered mobile number.
Write “DSTMT XXXX MM”.
Note: Here, XXXX is the last four digits of your credit card & MM is the month of the required statement.

As you share your information, the issuer will provide your credit card statement after complete authentication
Get the Statement by Visiting the Branch
Visit the nearest SBI Card branch and request the NBFC’s representative for your credit card statement for the chosen time duration.
Here’s how you can download your SBI credit card statement online:
Go to the official ‘SBI Card’ website
Login using your user ID and password
Click ‘View Statement’ located at the centre
Choose the month for which you need the credit card statement from the list of archived statements
Click on ‘Download’ to download the statement in PDF format
You can opt for monthly e-statements that are automatically mailed to your registered email address. To get these monthly statements you will have to register your mail id with the issuer.
Here’s the process to register for a credit card e-statement:
Visit the official SBI Card website: www.sbicard.com
Locate and click on the 'Ask ILA' option, typically found in the top navigation menu
You will be prompted to log in to your account
Once logged in, go to the e-statement section
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your subscription
You may need to verify your email address if you haven't done so before
Confirm your preferences for receiving e-statements (e.g., monthly notifications)
Your credit card statement contains essential information such as:
This shows the specific time frame the statement covers. It indicates the start and end dates for which transactions are included.
The full amount you owe to SBI Card, including all charges, fees, and any previous unpaid balance
The amount you owe at the end of the statement period
A detailed list of all payments, purchases, cash advances, and other transactions including dates, merchant names, and amounts
The minimum amount you need to pay to keep your account in good standing
The deadline by which you must pay at least the minimum amount

You can view your statement online via SBI credit card net banking, SBI credit card mobile app or through Chatbot ILA. You would need to log into your account for the same. Once logged in you would find the statement in the ‘Card Statement’ tab under ‘My Account’.
You can instantly download the last 24 months’ statement in PDF format from the website.
Simply login in the following way:
Go to the ‘View Statement’ tab
Select the billing period
Download the statement
If you haven’t registered for net banking or cannot access your login details, you can still view and download your SBI credit card statement online.
To do so,
First visit SBI Card’s official website, and click ‘View Card Statement’
Then, you must select the ‘Card Details’ option and provide your 16-digit SBI credit card number and date of birth
Click ‘Generate OTP’, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click ‘Continue’
You will be redirected to a page where you can view and download your SBI credit card statement for the previous 24 months in PDF format.
You can view only one statement for a particular period. To check for another billing period, you will have to select a new period and request again. You can check your SBI credit card statement for the past 24 months, i.e., 2 years.
To access your SBI card statement in PDF, you will have to enter the password as mentioned in the communication. Generally, the password is your date of birth in the ‘DDMMYYYY’ format.
No, you will not be charged a fee for electronic SBI credit card statements. For physical copies, however, the issuer may levy a nominal charge.
