• Step 1: Head to the official UIDAI website uidai.gov.in and locate the button labelled ‘Check Aadhaar PVC Card Status.’

• Step 2: Click the button and enter your Aadhaar number and the security code shown.

• Step 3: If you are using an unregistered mobile number, select the relevant option and enter that mobile number.

• Step 4: Click on the ‘send OTP’ or ‘send TOTP’ button as per your convenience and enter the number that you receive.

• Step 5: Check the terms and conditions box and click on the ‘Submit’ option.

• Step 6: You will then see the Service Request Number (SRN) for your request, along with the Aadhaar PVC card status.

• Step 7: Once you have checked your Aadhaar PVC status, you can download the acknowledgement slip.

To download the Aadhaar PVC card, you will need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Unique Identification Authority of India at https://uidai.gov.in/my-aadhaar/get-aadhaar.html.

• Step 2: Next, click on the ‘Order Aadhaar PVC card’ button.

• Step 3: After that, you will need to enter your 12-digit long Aadhaar Card number on the following page. You can also choose to enter your 16-digit long Virtual ID or 28 Digit Enrolment ID (ID) as an alternative. Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Send OTP/TOTP’ button to proceed. You will then receive a one time password on your registered mobile number. Enter the same in the relevant field to proceed.

   

• Step 4: If you have not registered your mobile number with UIDAI, click on ‘My mobile number is not registered' and then enter the non-registered mobile number. You will then receive an OTP on that number. You must enter that in the relevant field and proceed.

• Step 5: Then, you will be shown your Aadhaar details. Preview it carefully and then proceed.

• Step 6: Next, pay the fee of ₹50 through either UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.

• Step 7: Once you make the payment successfully, download the payment slip that appears on the page that will follow.
