Designed by the e-Governments Foundation, this app serves both citizens and government employees. Available exclusively on the Google Play Store, it provides access to various municipal services alongside property tax payments in Andhra Pradesh.
Paying property tax for the current financial year before 30th April comes with a 5% rebate. Residential buildings occupied by the owner get a 40% rebate on the ARV. Additional deductions apply based on the building’s age.
25 years or less: 10% of ARV
