Step 1: Click on the Axis Bank virtual assistant icon that says Axis Aha! on the webpage.
Step 2: Type ‘Block Card’ and send the message.
Step 3: Use your credentials to log in to your Axis Bank account or use your MPIN,
Step 4: Select the card you wish to block.
Step 5: Click on ‘Confirm’.

Step 6: Enter the OTP that you happen to receive at this stage on your mobile number.

This would authenticate your action and block the Axis Bank credit card.

3) Axis Bank Credit Card Block via Axis Mobile App

Step 1: Download the Axis Bank mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, register and log in.
