Online Method

Follow these steps to redeem your credit card reward points on Axis Bank’s EDGE portal:

1. Log in to your account on the Axis Bank Net Banking portal or mobile app using your customer ID and password 

2. Navigate to the ‘Account Summary’ page and click on ‘EDGE Rewards’ 

3. Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘Redeem Now’ to view the accumulated points

4. Choose the reward of your choice from various categories and add it to the basket

5. Click on ‘Confirm’ to successfully redeem your credit card reward points  

Once you choose the reward, the item will be delivered to your home. You will receive the vouchers in your email if you opted for them. However, to redeem air miles, you will have to log in to the frequent flyer program portal. 

Offline Method

Here is how you can redeem Axis Bank credit card reward points offline:

1. Visit the EDGE rewards store website

2. Browse through different sections

4. Call the Axis Bank Credit Card customer service to place an order
