Before you can start swiping your SuperCard, you will need to activate it. To do so, you can log in to the DBS Card+ Mobile App. Go to the ‘Controls’ section on the dashboard and click on ‘Set Card PIN’. The other way to set your PIN is by using IVR by calling customer care.
If you want to discontinue the use of your SuperCard, you can do so.
Start by knowing that closing a credit card means that you will not be able to use it for any more purchases.

DBS Bank will send regular reminders to you to settle any outstanding amounts on your credit card account. You may receive such communication by post, telephone, e-mail, SMS messaging and/or via third parties. Any third party appointed by the issuer will adhere to the Code of Conduct on debt collection as applicable.
If you consistently fail to pay any amount due to DBS Bank within the stipulated period of 90 days, you will be added to the defaulter list. Your credit card facilities may also be suspended. Withdrawal from the list depends on full settlement of dues and this decision is taken on a case-to-case basis.
