IndusInd Bank Credit Card PIN Generation

A credit card PIN is important for ensuring the safety of your card. IndusInd Bank allows you to generate or change your PIN through several online and offline methods.

If you have just applied for or received an IndusInd Bank credit card, you will need a PIN to initiate the activation process. The IndusInd Bank credit card PIN is a 4-digit code, which helps with the identification of the cardholder. 

Typically, the bank sets the initial PIN when issuing the credit card. However, once you receive the card, you need to change the PIN according to your preference.

Here are the steps you can follow to generate your IndusInd Bank credit card PIN through the mobile application ‘IndusMobile’:

1. Download and install the IndusMobile and login to the application using your credentials

2. Navigate to the ‘Service Request’ section

3. Go to ‘Card Related Requests’

4. Select ‘Set/Reset Credit Card PIN’

5. Enter your credit card last 4-digits along with your mobile number and captcha code

6. After submission an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number 

7. Use this OTP to confirm and set your new PIN

You can visit the official website of IndusInd Bank to generate your credit card PIN. Follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to ‘Quick Links’ on the right side of the homepage

2. Click on ‘Credit Card Related’ option from the menu

3. Click on ‘Generate Credit Card PIN’ which will lead you to the PIN generation form

4. Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card number, your registered mobile number, and the captcha code

5. Submit the form

6. After submission, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number

7. Enter the OTP to set your new PIN

You can generate your credit card PIN by calling the customer service. Lets see the steps required for the same:

1. Call the customer support number, 18602677777

2. Follow the instructions by the IVR system

3. When prompted, set the PIN number you decided

Check out the process to generate your credit card PIN using the net banking services: 

1. Login to IndusNet to access your net banking account using your credentials

2. Go to 'Service Requests'

3. Select 'Credit Card Requests'

4. Click on 'Credit Card ATM PIN Request'

5. Provide the last 4 digits of your credit card number and other necessary information, and submit

6. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

7. Input the received OTP to finalise setting your new PIN

You can visit your nearest ATM spot and use your credit card directly to set up your PIN. Follow the instructions given below:

1. Insert your credit card into the ATM machine

2. Choose either ‘Change PIN’ or ‘Create PIN using OTP’ from the menu

3. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

4. Enter this OTP on the ATM screen

5. Enter a new 4-digit PIN of your choice and confirm it by re-entering it

6. Click on ‘submit’ to finalise the process

You can also visit your nearest IndusInd Bank branch to generate your credit card PIN

1. Visit your nearest IndusInd Bank branch

2. Approach a bank representative and raise a request for PIN generation for your credit card

3. Provide necessary identification and details as requested by the bank staff for verification

4. Your request will be processed promptly after verifying your details, and you will receive confirmation regarding your new PIN
